    Our Motivation for Change

Spirit SCS was born out of a view that large parts of the insurance claims supply chain are perhaps not best served by the generic solutions offered by the large, mainstream loss adjusters and outsourced management companies. 

 

We believe that there is a lack of choice for those with responsibility for smaller portfolios of claims in specialist product areas within the domestic and commercial claims sector. 

 

Spirit is our response to that demand.

 

 

              The Spirit Way

Spirit is designed to give insurers, brokers and MGA’s an ability to source a tailored solution for small volumes of work. Every claim is important to us and we work with clients to build a service specification which aligns with their customer base and the nature of the risks involved across the book. 

 

Our involvement must add value and  provide absolute flexibility in terms of which parts of the claims journey we have involvement in.  

 

We do not use technology for technology's sake and prefer to focus upon personal ownership and accountability to guarantee exceptional levels of customer service.
